Terms of Service

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password of at least 8 characters
• Not share your credentials with any third party
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at legal@zylaroai.com
• Log out of your account at the end of each session on shared devices

Each person may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, suspensions, or rate limits is prohibited and may result in permanent banning of all associated accounts.

To ensure fair access for all users, the AI Chat feature is subject to usage limits (currently 20 messages per hour). Exceeding these limits will result in temporary rate limiting. Persistent abuse may result in account suspension. Users with restricted account status may have reduced limits.

The AI uses recent conversation history (up to the last 20 messages) to provide contextual responses. This context is used only to improve response quality within your session and is not used to train AI models.

You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service, including notes, tasks, and chat messages ("User Content"). You grant Zylaro AI a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for all User Content you submit. You represent that your User Content does not violate any applicable law, infringe any third-party rights, or violate these Terms.

We are not obligated to retain User Content after account deletion. Upon account deletion or termination, your User Content will be deleted from our systems within 30 days, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be purged from our systems within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
• Repeated content policy violations detected by our moderation system
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Unauthorized scraping, API abuse, or automated access to the Service
• Attempts to clone, reverse engineer, or commercially replicate the Service
• Violation of intellectual property rights described in Section 10
• Inactivity for an extended period
• Legal requirements or requests from law enforcement
• Protection of other users, third parties, or Zylaro AI

We may immediately and without notice terminate accounts that engage in scraping, IP theft, or platform misuse as described in Section 10. Such terminations are not subject to the standard appeals process.

If your account is suspended, you may submit an appeal to legal@zylaroai.com within 30 days of suspension. We will review appeals and respond within 10 business days. Our decision on appeals is final.

Zylaro AI™ and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Zylaro AI. The Service, including all software, source code, design, text, graphics, user interface, AI system prompts, training configurations, and other materials (collectively, "Platform Content"), is owned by or licensed to Zylaro AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in Zylaro AI, its trademarks, brand names, or Platform Content beyond the limited license described below.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes and only as expressly permitted by these Terms.

This license does not include the right to: (a) use the Service for commercial purposes without written authorization; (b) resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service; (c) build competing products or services using knowledge derived from the Service.

You must not, under any circumstances:

• Copy, clone, replicate, or create derivative works of the Zylaro AI platform, design, functionality, or AI workflows for any purpose, commercial or otherwise
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, system prompts, or underlying models used by Zylaro AI
• Impersonate Zylaro AI, create look-alike services, or use the Zylaro AI name, brand, or visual identity in any unauthorized manner
• Build, market, or distribute any product or service that substantially replicates the functionality, design, or user experience of Zylaro AI
• Extract, copy, or reproduce AI responses, system behavior, or platform outputs for the purpose of training competing AI systems

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using automated tools, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or scripts to access, collect, extract, or harvest any content, data, or information from the Service
• Systematically downloading, indexing, or archiving any portion of the Service without prior written consent
• Using data mining, screen scraping, or similar automated data collection methods on the Service
• Aggregating or republishing content from the Service for commercial purposes or to build competing datasets
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any technical measures in place to prevent unauthorized access or data collection

We employ automated monitoring to detect scraping activity. Accounts or IP addresses exhibiting scraping behavior will be blocked immediately, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

The Zylaro AI API and backend services are not public APIs. You may not:

• Access, probe, or call Zylaro AI™ backend systems, APIs, or edge functions through any means other than the official Zylaro AI user interface
• Attempt to discover, document, or publish undocumented API endpoints, request formats, or response structures
• Automate requests to the Service to generate AI responses for resale, redistribution, or commercial use without authorization
• Use Zylaro AI™ as a proxy or relay to access underlying AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) at below-market rates
• Exceed any rate limits imposed by the Service or attempt to circumvent rate limiting mechanisms

You must not misuse the AI features of the Service, including:

• Attempting to "jailbreak," manipulate, or override the AI's safety behaviors, system instructions, or content policies through prompt injection or other techniques
• Using the AI to generate content that violates these Terms or applicable law
• Systematically probing AI responses to extract training data, model weights, or system prompts
• Using the Service to generate disinformation, impersonate individuals, or produce content intended to deceive

You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your account or access to the Service to any third party. Any attempt to commercially exploit the Service — including reselling AI responses, white-labeling the platform, or embedding the Service in third-party products — without explicit written authorization from Zylaro AI is strictly prohibited.
