If your account has been restricted, you can submit a formal appeal. All appeals are reviewed by a human member of our team.
Account Statuses
Limited
AI chat rate limits are reduced. Other features still work. Usually auto-applied for moderate policy concerns.
Under Review
AI chat is temporarily paused while our team reviews flagged activity. Notes and tasks still work.
Suspended
Access to AI features is blocked. Applied for repeated or serious violations. Can be appealed within 30 days.
Appeal Process

- 2Our team reviews your appeal (up to 10 business days)
- 3We may request additional information via email
- 4You will receive a decision by email
- 5If approved, your account status is restored
Non-appealable cases
Appeals will not be accepted for permanent bans resulting from child safety violations, violent threats, or fraudulent activity.
Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the action being taken.
